Approach to the game and life:

“Throw every pitch as if it’s the last pitch you will ever throw in your life……because it just might be.”

- Jack Cimino (Dad) May 1939-August 2000.

With over 35 years of baseball experience including playing, coaching, instructing, and teaching, I offer professional level Pitching Lessons & Hitting Lessons. My focus is pro level mechanics. I use the most modern, genuine, scientific and effective methods in the industry. This gives my players the very best chance to find success on the field at any level. Be it: Tee ball, Little League, Travel Baseball, High School, College and pros.

I am a biomechanics expert in both pitching and hitting. As a specialist in the biomechanics of pitching and hitting, I provide pitching lessons and hitting lessons at the same level as those taught in Major League Baseball.

Baseball has become a game of mathematical analytics. What most don’t understand is that in order to achieve those numbers you need science analytics (or biomechanics) to teach us what body movements create the most effective mechanics to find the kind of success everyone is looking for: pitching velocity, pitching accuracy, hitting exit velocity, hitting power etc.

I am constantly evolving as a coach, always studying, researching, and attending clinics to ensure that my methods stay current and effective. By applying modern, scientifically proven techniques, I offer some of the most comprehensive and effective baseball training available. The more I learn, the better my players become, and I make sure to implement everything I discover in the most effective way possible.

I am also a Professional Certified Life Coach at NEXEL LEVEL Mental Performance specializing in athletes & adults trying to get to the next level. As Yogi Berra once said, “Baseball is 90% mental. The other half is physical.” Obviously, what he meant was, your mental game needs to be as strong as your physical game, to find real success at the highest levels.

Why Me?

People often ask, “What makes you different? There’s lots of instructors out there?”

The reality is, I don’t regard anyone as my competition. It’s not because I think I’m better than other baseball instructors. It’s because there’s only one me. My coaching style is unique, driven by genuine caring, unbridled passion for game, hard work, and a personalized approach. There’s only one me—and that’s my biggest strength. I don’t know any other way than to be myself and I bring that authenticity to every lesson.

Whether you’re looking for pitching instruction, hitting instruction, or to improve your mental performance, I tailor my lessons and teachings to fit each player’s personality and learning style, ensuring effective communication and connection. Everyone learns differently. Be it auditory, visual or both, I cater to the athlete.

The ability to teach successfully is innate. The ability to communicate effectively is innate. The ability to connect with players, no matter what their personality, is innate. I was born to teach, coach and inspire. It is my goal to help every player find the achieve the success they dream of on the field and to achieve all their goals. When you take private baseball lessons with me, your goals become my goals.

If you’re ready to become the best player, you can possibly be. If you are ready to get to the next level before the next level comes. You’ve come to the right place. Let me teach, guide mentor and help you achieve your goals. Whether it’s pitching, hitting or your mental game, together we will get there.

“ Go out and give me everything you’ve got for as long as you’ve got. I don’t care if it’s one hitter!”

- Jack Cimino (Dad) May 1939-August 2000.
